Hejia Return, refund, Exchange & Cancellation

Return is strictly not allowed once the item sold, if without any valid reason.
Return is strictly not applicable for customer who has changed his/her mind once good received


若没有合理的理由,凡是售卖出的产品一律不可退货
收货后顾客是无法要求退货的

Valid Reasons (After Good Received & Opened):

Product Box, Packaging or Product has been Damaged, Broken, unusable 

Product has Spoiled, Not Consumable

合理的理由 (当产品被签收以及被打开后):
产品包装,盒子,或产品已经损坏,无法使用的情况下
产品已经腐坏,无法食用情况下

Exchange|替换

Valid Reasons (After Good Received & Opened):
Wrong flavor Sent, Received Not as Same as the Ordered 
Missing Quantity

合理的理由 (当产品被签收以及被打开后):
发错货 - 非订购的口味
数量不对称 - 1盒装是八粒装

Duration for the refund is subject to the bank, however we will try to make the reimbursement ASAP
 

由于网上款项的退款期数受限于指定银行,不过合家会尽我们所能,在最快的时间退款给顾客

we allow 1 to 1 exchange, same or different flavors without additional charges incurred to customer

我们愿意在不增加任何收费的情况下,做一对一兑换新的一盒月饼给您,相同口味或是不一样的口味也行

Cancellation|取消订单

Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours/ before the item send out

 

顾客能在下单后的24小时之内,在货未发送之前取消订单​

Cancellation & refund|取消订单以及退款

If the payment has been made, we will fully refund to customer​, Duration for the refund is subject to the bank, however we will try to make the reimbursement happens as soon as possible

在下单时输入错误,不充足的资料
超出指定的收货日期还迟迟没收到货 (未经我们通知下)
